2023 February The changes shown in redline in AAFDID Updates_MTA with tracked changes (as of 021023) (002).pdf reflect the results of a recent comprehensive review of Middle Tier of Acquisition (MTA) Pathway statutory and regulatory information requirements. The review was based on our experience to date with management of the MTA Pathway and our commitment to ensuring that MTA programs are managed effectively while not being overburdened with regulatory or statutory requirements that are either not applicable to or not needed to manage our MTA programs.
