Should the contractor have to process an LTDD in E-Tools when this property is not on the tech exhibit to the contract that makes them responsible for this propertry. I'm telling the KO that the Government should be processing a DD Form 200 becasue the property is not on the tech exhibit to the contract not the other way around by having the contractor process an LTDD for something that is not in the tech exhibit to the contract.
It is this writer's understanding that the contract clauses relevant to property are only pertinent to items on the contract property list. Any other specific terms and conditions for contractor performance belong in the Statement of Work. You are encouraged to promote any discussion of more efficient ways to ascertain accountability and responsibility for Government property that your experience may help to develop.
