Whether Section L and Section M (Uniform Contract Format) can be utilized in a somewhat complex commercial source selection? 52.212-2 seems to take the place of M, but what's the commercial equivalent of L? 15.306(c) points to not using UCF, given FAR 12 specifies usage of the 1449.
