WHAT IS THE DX/DO CLASSIFICATION CODE? IS THERE A SITE WHICH DELINIATES THOSE CODES

    Answer

What you are referring to is the priority rating system is governed by DPS (Defense Priorities System) Regulation 1 issued by the Department of Commerce.

The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) is used to prioritize national defense-related contracts/orders throughout the U.S. supply chain in order to support military, energy, homeland security, emergency preparedness, and critical infrastructure requirements.

The DX is a Priority Rating Symbol (Highest National Defense Urgency)

The DO is a Priority Rating Symbol (Critical to National Defense)

As a reference point FYI, FAR Subpart  11.6 -- Priorities and Allocations has information on the DPAS and another reference point you may find helpful is at the Bureau of Industry and Security, Department of Commerce web site http://www.bis.doc.gov/dpas
