    Understanding the fixed-price concept, are such donation allowable to receive the benefit of a day off on a government contract. Would any burden of proof be required to ensure the monies raised went to the said charity if this pratice is allowable?


    This is a matter between the contractor and the employee.  If there is no impact on Government deliverable or services then how a contractor manages their employees, within reason and no discrimination, is none of our business.  If the employee is a Key Personnel under the contract, then the contractor has to provide  suitable replacement just as if the employee was sick or on vacation.
