DAU does not endorse any specific software tool. With this said, as you have mentioned, DAU has been using wInsight as the EVM analytical tool to demonstrate and communicate the EVM concepts and EVM course objectives.
As far as searching for additional EVM software analytical tools, a simple web search will provide a list of available tools. Please keep in mind that the listed tools are not all-inclusive and DAU does not review, approve, or endorse any of the listed tools. Another source of information is the office of Performance Assessments and Root Cause Analyses (PARCA) in the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Acquisition who serves as the Department of Defense focal point for all policy, guidance and competency relating to EVM. PARCA as a government office would not recommend, endorse, or mandate the use of any particular vendor tool, but may have some insight into the applicability of some of the tools.
