Are there any Best Practices or Guidelines available for conforming a contract?
A "conformed" contract incorporates all changes and provides a clear record of the rights and responsibilities of both the Government and contractor. Maintaining one is in itself a "best practice." The conformed version should reflect all of the solicitation amendments that were made part of the final contract award, as well as changes in items such as technical specifications, drawings, etc. I don’t know of any guide for creating a conformed contract, except that it should reflect the considerations discussed above.
