What is the difference between an Addendum and an Amendment and when should you use each?
Addenda include additional information that expand upon the information or directions provided in the main body of a contract or solicitation. They may include information on work requirements, submission instructions, data formats, and so forth. Contracting officers often use these to better organize the basic solicitation or contract document.
