    Where can I find the DAWAI 1102 Qualification Standards for new individuals entering the 1102 Series? OPM has basic requirements IAW 41 USC 1703 and I'm aware of 10 USC 1723 thru 1733 and the DAWIA Certification requirements, but I'm looking for the qualification standards for new entrants, I.e., for GS-5 thru 15, and any "Specialized Experience" requirements, etc.
