Is an NDA requirement in a PWS considered a deliverable? If so, where would the Document ID be located (DID)? The Assist website does not contain any DID considerably close to an NDA.

    Answer

Whether a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is required due to a contract clause (e.g., DFARS 252.227-7025), identified in Section H of the UCF as a "Special Contract Requirement," or called out in the PWS, it's a requirement of contract performance and therefore is a deliverable. The important thing is for the Government to obtain it from the contractor before contract performance begins. The NDA does not have to be part of the Contract Data Requirements List in order to be a requirement of the contract.
