    Does DASN have a formalized milestone decision criteria checklist available for reference?

    Answer

    With the restructure of DoD AT&L structure and missions, multiple program responsibilities were transferred to the services.  Each of the services are responsible for establishing procedures and policies to govern program execution.  In the absence of service guidance, or until guidance is complete DoDI 5000.02 is a valid reference and guideline for program execution.  As always, coordination with the individual service headquarters to establish the exact requirements for a successful Milestone Decision Review is essential.
