I'd appreciate information on any U.S. government agency that is currently operating a true Agile Software factory. Would like to engage with these organizations and leverage the work already done. Please advise, thank you. -Zeshan

The Reserve Component Automation Systems (RCAS) is being developed in Ashburn, VA in a SW Factory at the CACI facility.
