    Does DAU have, or know of, e-tools available that will allow our CORs to build an expected funds expenditure "glide path" (by contract year), that also allows them to apply actual invoiced payments during the contract's performance, to result in a graphical representation that contrasts the expected glide path with the actual rate of funds depletion?

    Answer

    Unfortunately we do not know of a specific tool that matches everything you want to do.  But... we're sure they are some out there VERY similar to what you're looking for.  The NAVY SPAWAR offices use something similar.
