    I am looking for documentation/regulation that describes the requirements for using soldiers to support testing to include the required timeline required to request use of soldiers to support testing (270days prior to start of test? request submitted through ? process)

    Answer

    The Army uses a process called the Test Schedule and Review Committee (TSARC) to provide FORSCOM troop units or individual soldiers to support operational testing.  Chapter 9 of Army Regulation 731 is your reference for the TSARC.  Your ATEC System Team (AST) Chairperson should be able to provide additional details and information.
