    1. When terminating for cause, what would be the reason for termination in this situation? FAR 12.403(c)(3)(ii). 2. FAR 12.403(c) states the contracting officer shall send a cure notice prior to terminating a contract for a reason other than late delivery. What would be the contractor's failure or failures in this situation? Any assistance with this matter is appreciated.
