Any requirement to do a Small Business Coordination form (DD2579) for task/Delivery order cut off a SATOC ?
If a SATOC is a single award task order contract, then a DD Form 2579 is not required. IAW PGI 253.219-70 and 219.201 (c) (10) (B) , the DD Form 2579 is required before issuance of the solicitation or contract modification.

(a) Use the DD Form 2579 as prescribed in DFARS 219.201(10)(B).
219.201 General policy.
(c) For the defense agencies, the director of the Office of Small Business Programs must be appointed by, be responsible to, and report directly to the director or deputy director of the defense agency.
(10) Contracting activity small business specialists perform this function by—
(B) Making the review before issuance of the solicitation or contract modification and documenting it on DD Form 2579, Small Business Coordination Record (see PGI 253.219-70 for instructions on completing the form);
Although not required, some agencies find the DD Form 2579 useful for documenting the set-aside acquisition strategy decision process for Multiple Award Contract (MAC) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) orders.
