FAR 13.301, DFARS 213.270, and DFARS 213.301 permit using the GPC for repair services if they are within the micropurchase threshold and meet the other conditions stated therein. The specific use of the GPC is largely governed by agency/local regulations and policy so check any such guidelines as well.
