    What other events (and associated clauses, i.e. DFARS 232.072-2 Appropriate information, FAR 52.247-6 Financial Statement, etc.) and outside of contract financing (i.e. Progress Payments, 52.232-16 and Performance Based Payments, 52.232-32) require assessment of contractor financial condition AFTER award?

    Answer

    This questions centers around an overall risk management assessment of each contractor. Assessment can be done at the corporate, division or per contract, whether it is done by the Corporate ACO, Division ACO or individual ACO.
