    How long can a contractor continue to invoice after task order has expired?


    This is an interesting question. Unfortunately attempts to contact the submitter to get additional details were unsuccessful.

    In general: assuming services (because question says "task order") are still needed by the government, being performed by the contractor and being accepted by the government; then the contractor is entitled to invoice and be paid. If they are not performing services then why certify the invoice?

    Not knowing more about the scenario prohibits us going into any more detail.
