DEPARTMENT OF THE AIR FORCE MANUAL 90-161, PUBLISHING PROCESSES AND PROCEDURES, includes CHAPTER 3, PROCESS OVERVIEW as well as CHAPTER 5, PUBLICATION STAFFING, COORDINATION, CERTIFICATION AND APPROVAL.
The e-Publishing website (www.e-publishing.af.mil) serves as the official repository for departmental, command, and field publications and forms that are issued at the wing or delta/garrison and above (excluding ANG wings). Publications are organized by series to include some important 'Logistics' areas such as: Logistics, Maintenance, Materiel Management, Transportation, Logistics Staff, Civil Engineering, Services, Manpower & Organization, Operations and Acquisition. Much of Life Cycle Logistics policy falls in AIR FORCE INSTRUCTION 63-101/20-101, INTEGRATED LIFE CYCLE MANAGEMENT and the OPR is SAF/AQXS Acquisition Integration Office. Additionally, some of the key functional stakeholders to AFI 63-101/20-101 would include: SAF/AQD Logistics and Product Support; HAF/A4L Logistics and HAF/A4P Resource Integration would be key functional coordinators of the inputs to AFI 63-101/20-101.
