    Who is the signature authority for IUID Plans, for ACAT I and II programs. I understand the IUID plan can be included in the SEP. However, if a stand-alone plan is developed, who (what level, MDA or PM) needs to sign the IUID Plan?

    Answer

    The Program Manager (PM) is responsible for the program's IUID implementation - including the plan.
