OPERATING STATUS
If your program is transitioning from Rapid Fielding (under the Middle Tier of Acquistion) to sustainment, your funding will progress through the normal PPBS process and be funded with Operations & Maintenance funds (for sustainment) along with Procurement funds (for newly procured assets and spares) once transitioned.
