    In certain circumstances, can an Interagency Agreement be extended beyond the 5 year limitation, provided it is evaluated every year in terms of it being the best procurement alternative, meeting the bona fide need requirement, and in this case, being a sole source procurement due to the services being provided on government property. Historically, we have had some Interagency Ageements as old as 13 years!

    I agree. You could extend the agreement until 12/31/2011. However, please check with your contracting officer or legal department.
