What Reg (code, AFI, DoD instruction, law) states to be proactive in ET4C ?
What guidance states this ?
It seems to be logical to do ET4C early on, be proactive. But someone else says it is logical not to waste the money on a Test, that may have negative results. (i.e. No contaminants were found.)
This forum is ment for questions on FAR and DFAR. Please check with you agency on that guidance.
