Does the cost of a contract determine if it is entered into CPARS?

    Answer

Past performance evaluations are an integral part of almost every source selection. Read the CPARS informational brochure provided at  http://www.cpars.gov/cparsfiles/pdfs/CPARS Brochure.PDF. This brochure contains an overview of CPARS, information about the basic CPARS workflow process, and important references including dollar thresholds for different type of procurements.

Also, please consult the CPARS website at www.cpars.gov for a wealth of information relative to CPARS, as well as Federal Awardee Performance & Integrity Information System (FAPIIS), ACASS (a web-enabled application that supports the completion, distribution, and retrieval of Architect-Engineer (A-E) contract performance evaluations), and CCASS (a web-enabled application that supports the completion, distribution, and retrieval of Construction contract performance evaluations).
