Changes to LOG 211 Supportability Analysis Course Prerequisites and 2013 Class Locations
In an October blog post entitled “New LOG 211 Supportability Analysis Training Course” we announced the successful completion of the LOG 211 student pilot and the deployment of the new one week classroom course here at DAU. Wanted to provide you with several important updates, including the fact we have added two class offerings at our California, Maryland campus near Patuxent River Naval Air Station.
In addition, several previously required class prerequisites have been changed from required to recommended. These changes are effective immediately, and are reflected in both the DAU iCatalog and in the ATRRS registration system. The new required LOG 211 prerequisites are:
· CLL 008 Designing for Supportability in DoD Systems web-based continuous learning module
· CLL 012 Supportability Analysis web-based continuous learning module
The following courses, while recommended, are not required to have been completed in order to register for LOG 211:
· ACQ 101 Fundamentals of Systems Acquisition
· LOG 101 Acquisition Logistics Fundamentals
· LOG 103, Reliability Availability Maintainability
· SYS 101 SPRDE Fundamentals
· All LCL other acquisition and functional training standards for Level I and II
