Committee Hearing on DoD Organic Industrial Base
The House Armed Services Subcommittee on Readiness held a hearing of interest to the life cycle logistics community today on “The Department of Defense Organic Industrial Base: Challenges, Solutions and Readiness Impacts”, hearing testimony on product support, sustainment, and readiness from senior Service leaders including Lieutenant General Duane A. Gamble, Deputy Chief of Staff, G-4, Department of the Army, Vice Admiral Thomas Moore, Commander, Naval Sea Systems Command, Department of the Navy, Vice Admiral G. Dean Peters, Commander, Naval Air Systems Command, Department of the Navy, Lieutenant General Donald E. Kirkland, Commander, Air Force Sustainment Center, Air Force Materiel Command, Department of the Air Force, and Major General Joseph F.
