Gamble, Deputy Chief of Staff, G-4, Department of the Army, Vice Admiral Thomas Moore, Commander, Naval Sea Systems Command, Department of the Navy, Vice Admiral G. Dean Peters, Commander, Naval Air Systems Command, Department of the Navy, Lieutenant General Donald E. Kirkland, Commander, Air Force Sustainment Center, Air Force Materiel Command, Department of the Air Force, and Major General Joseph F.
