Congress has revised the Other Transaction Authority (OTA) statutes as of December 2021 as follows:

1) Research OTs: 10 U.S.C. § 4002 (formerly 10 U.S.C. § 2371), and
2) Prototype OTs: 10 U.S.C. § 4003 (formerly 10 U.S.C. § 2371b).
3) Production OTs: 10 U.S.C. § 4003(f) (formerly 10 U.S.C. § 2371b(f)).
