DAU is a Great Place to Work and We Are Hiring
From time-to-time, I share with you announcements about life cycle logistics faculty openings here at the Defense Acquisition University -- and this is one of those times.
If the prospect of working in a dynamic, interesting, and challenging learning environment interests you, DAU is in the process of hiring two Professors of Life Cycle Logistics Management. One vacancy is in our DAU South Region at Huntsville, Alabama, while the other is in our DAU Mid-West Region at either their Sterling Heights, Michigan or Kettering Ohio locations.
As we say on our website, “the Defense Acquisition University (DAU) is responsible for the training and career development of more than 160,000 DoD employees who provide weapon systems, supplies, and services to our nation’s warfighters. With the expertise of acquisition practitioners and the latest in training technology, DAU delivers a comprehensive collection of learning assets in the classroom and online. We offer certification training to individuals, mission assistance to organizations, continuous learning modules for currency and just-in-time learning, and a global knowledge sharing presence online”. Our mission here at DAU is to provide a global learning environment to develop qualified acquisition, requirements and contingency professionals who deliver and sustain effective and affordable warfighting capabilities.
If you’re interested in learning more about these two life cycle logistics faculty positions, encourage you to check out either USAJOBS or go directly to the Careers page on the DAU website. And as we also like to say, “DAU is a great place to work!”
