DAU Named Top Learning and Development Organization
Coming on the heels of our recent renewal as an American National Standards Institute/ International Association for Continuing Education and Training (ANSI/IACET) Accredited Provider, wanted to pass on our DAU Public Affairs team's announcement this week that the Defense Acquisition University (DAU) received top honors in the Chief Learning Officer (CLO) LearningElite competition. The official announcement came during the April 23 LearningElite Gala which kicked off the annual CLO Symposium. DAU’s first place ranking comes after seven consecutive years in the top ten. The LearningElite is CLO magazine’s rigorous annual ranking and benchmarking program. This year, more than 200 public and private sector institutions competed for recognition for creating and implementing exemplary workforce development practices that deliver significant business value. The LearningElite program identifies industry leaders and helps organizations by sharing benchmarking data, best practices, principles and strategies necessary for top performance. Over the years, the LearningElite has become the gold standard for identifying the most effective and elite practices in corporate education.
