DAU was recently selected as the winner of the prestegious Silver Vanguard Award, a Chief Learning Officer (CLO) magazine Learning in Practice Award, presented in recognition of the university's 2011 Learning Technologies Roadmap. 

The award was announced on October 13th at the Fall 2011 CLO Symposium in Dana Point, CA.  “The Learning In Practice Awards were established to recognize transformational and visionary leaders in enterprise education,” according to Norm Kamikow, president and editor in chief of CLO. “The winners are the 'industry' leaders who truly champion innovation and transform it into learning and value for their organizations.” 

Each of the award winners, including DAU, will be featured in a special supplement in the December issue of Chief Learning Officer magazine.
