Depot Level Maintenance Planning and Management
An integral part of our business as life cycle logisticians is the development of product support strategies and documentation of those strategies in a Life Cycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP). This includes the identification of Product Support Integrators (PSI) and Product Support Providers (PSP) as validated by a Product Support Business Case Analysis (BCA) and as outlined in the DoD Product Support Business Model (PSBM). Depot level maintenance activities are an integral part of that community, particularly as key PSPs. Similarly, depot level maintenance is an integral part of DoD supply chains and supply chain management. Similarly, depot level maintenance activities – along with public-private partnering initiatives as a key enabler -- are an integral part of the Maintenance Planning and Management IPS Element.
