The Department of Defense this week issued not one, not two, but three new policies of interest to the community in support of the transition to the Adaptive Acquisition Framework (AAF), namely:

• DoD Instruction 5000.88, Engineering of Defense Systems,
• DoD Instruction 5000.89, Test and Evaluation
• DoD Instruction 5000.02T (Change 9), Operation of the Defense Acquisition System
