The Panel is evaluating how DoD recruits, retains, develops, and manages its acquisition workforce. The Panel is focusing on how well Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) is working, how well training dollars such as the Defense Acquisition Development Fund (DAWDF) are utilized, and how well talent management efforts like training and mentoring are impacting acquisition outcomes.
The Panel is also interested in finding out what is important to acquisition workforce members on the front line. Now is YOUR chance.
