On November 8, 2023, Defense Acquisition University (DAU) introduced its CACQ-012 – International Acquisition/Security Cooperation for Program Managers credential. This credential is designed to empower Program Managers with the skills and knowledge necessary to proficiently plan and execute international acquisition programs. By doing so, it aims to enhance acquisition outcomes, both for the Department of Defense (DoD) and its international partners, aligning with the objectives of the National Defense Strategy.

The credential program comprises two online training courses, culminating in a 20-question capstone exam: 

• INT 1110 International Acquisition/Security Cooperation Foundation
• INT 2110 International Acquisition/Security Cooperation Program Management
