The DAU team today deployed our 112th life cycle logistics-focused ACQuipedia article, bringing the total number of articles available to 388. Entitled "Product Quality Deficiency and Discrepancy Reporting", in addition to providing links to Service and DoD policy and guidance, the new article includes information about the Product Deficiency Reporting and Evaluation Program (PDREP), Deficiency Reporting, Investigation and Resolution (DRI&R), Joint Deficiency Reporting System (JDRS), Product Quality Deficiency Reports (PQDRs), and Supply Discrepancy Reports.
