Working with our Air Force colleagues, DAU has incorporated a new entry in our DAU Product Support Analytical Tools Database that will be of particular interest to Air Force program offices and supply chain management organizations. The "Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) Acquisition Guide," developed by the Air Force's 448th Supply Chain Management Wing, provides detailed guidance for market research, required and optional Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Statement of Work (SOW) language, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) clauses, a list of and links to Data Item Descriptions (DIDs), additional resources, and an embedded glossary. SCRM practitioners from other Services and Defense agencies may also wish to consult the tool and tailor to their own policies and guidance.
