Wanted to let the community know that the Department of Defense has issued a new DOD Manual 5000.04 Cost and Software Data Reporting. This new issuance “implements policy, assigns responsibilities, and provides direction for developing, implementing, and operating the system to collect cost and software, technical, and maintenance and repair parts data reports, collectively referred to as cost and software data reports (CSDRs). “
