Our DAU Acquisition and Program Management colleagues have deployed a new ACQ 0840 “Introduction to Air Force Category Management” training course. This new online training course introduces Category Management, including the terminology, principles, management structures, processes and methodologies used in the Department of Defense. The target audience includes USAF and DoD acquisition and non-acquisition personnel, Subject Matter Experts (SME) and acquisition staff who are involved in the support of the category management process and associated analysis activities.
