We are excited to announce the deployment today of the fourth in our expanding portfolio of fifteen planned Integrated Product Support (IPS) Element-based DAU life cycle logistics credentials, namely CLCL 001 Product Support Management Fundamentals .

This new interdisciplinary credential brings together seven on-line training (OLT) courses and supporting resources to offer a comprehensive overview of DoD integrated product support management, life-cycle logistics, and life-cycle management. It is designed to provide learners an overarching understanding of Product Support Management Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements including the Product Support Manager’s responsibilities for planning, developing, and implementing life cycle product support strategies. A capstone exercise and summative examination must be completed to demonstrate the learner’s ability to apply what they have learned.

While developed to support DoD life cycle logisticians and product support managers, personnel from all defense acquisition workforce functional areas – including business/financial managers, cost estimators, and program managers -- are highly encouraged to consider taking this new credential.

With several more product support-focused credentials slated to deploy in the coming weeks, as of today, we now have four fielded logistics credentials available:
