New Defective Pricing Credential Deployed!!!!

Dr. Renee Butler
Are you involved in post-award activities or resolving defective pricing cases? Do you want to understand more fully the administrative remedies available to the Government in case data submitted to support negotiations under TINA are not current, accurate or complete? Then CCON 007, Defective Pricing Credential is for you! DAU created the Defective Pricing Credential to provide training on how to process defective pricing findings from the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) Truth in Negotiations (TIN) audit through settlement/litigation. This credential consists of four learning assets: CON 7700, Defective Pricing - an online training course; an interest calculator exercise; a capstone game; and a discussion of contractor novel negotiation strategies. For more information about the credential, or to enroll, go to iCatalog (dau.edu)
