The Department of Defense recently issued an updated DoD Instruction 7650.02 Engaging with the Government Accountability Office (GAO) on GAO Audits. Given the fact many members of the defense acquisition workforce have the opportunity to engaged with GAO auditors, encourage members of our community to take a look to better understand our responsibilities and requirements when responding to and engaging with the GAO.
