DAU has a new tool! The Navy Intern Development Tool uses the Navy's MDP/IDP to provide links to CLMs, job aids, etc. for each of the competencies listed in the MDP/IDP. This tool can be used Navy interns to get supplemental information in addition to the OJT they receive. This tool takes the competency from the MDP/IDP and provides a resource/link to where you can get further information about that competency.

This tool can be used not only for the Navy interns, but for any 1102 that would like more information about the topics listed in the MDP/IDP. It could serve as a refresher for 1102s that have been in the field a while or for 1102s who have not had experience with some of the competencies/topics listed in the MDP/IDP. This tool would also be very helpful to CON 091 students as they navigate their way through training requirements beyond DAWIA certification.
