Following a major update to both course content and structure, am pleased to announce the deployment of a newly revised, streamlined version of our LOG 235 Performance-Based Logistics (PBL) distance learning training course. As had been the case with the previous version of the course, there are no prerequisite requirements to register.

This new version of LOG 235 supports the Better Buying Power (BBP) 3.0 initiative to ‘ensure effective use of PBL’ as part of the broader effort to ‘incentivize productivity in industry and government’ effort, and also follows issuance of the current version DoD PBL Guidebook: A Guide to Developing Performance-Based Arrangements.  The intent was to better align the course with the tailored 12-Step Product Support Strategy Process Model addressed in the DoD PBL Guidebook. In addition the course was streamlined and shortened to better address focused PBL content, and tailored for a broader interdisciplinary audience including Program Managers, Systems Engineers, Contracting Officers, and Business and Financial Managers. The new version also includes more clear articulation of the PBL tenets, updated graphics, multimedia elements, and a more engaging and interactive format.
