Newly Updated DoD Source Selection Procedures
Bill Kobren
According to an announcement, the Principal Director, Defense Pricing and Contracting (DPC), has issues a comprehensive new memorandum containing revised Department of Defense Source Selection Procedures (SSP) and concurrently “…rescinds the SSP issued on April 1, 2016, with exceptions detailed in the SSP. Solicitations with a Source Selection Plan approved by the Source Selection Authority prior to September 1, 2022, may continue to use the procedures dated April 1, 2016.” We also understand the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) will be updated in the coming days to reflect these changes.
