In case you had not already seen it, the Performance of the Defense Acquisition System: 2015 Annual Report, was issued on September 16, 2015. It is approved for public release; distribution unlimited, and is highly recommended reading for all defense acquisition workforce members and their industry counterparts. Also note an earlier blog post entitled “Live ‘State of DoD Acquisition Event’  with details about a Tuesday October 6” forum in which the USD(AT&L) will discuss this report in greater detail.
