Regular readers of this DAU LOG Blog are no doubt well-aware of DAU’s robust Acquisition Encyclopedia (ACQuipedia), which our website describes as “…an online encyclopedia of common defense acquisition topics. Each topic is identified as an article. Each article contains a definition, a brief narrative that provides context, and includes links to the most pertinent policy, guidance, tools, practices, and training which further augment understanding and expand depth. ACQuipedia provides the acquisition workforce with quick access to information in a succinct and digestible format. Article content aggregates the most relevant references and learning assets to narrowly focus users and quickly provide high value information.”

With nearly 500 multi-disciplinary ACQuipedia articles available on the DAU website, wanted to advise the DoD life cycle logistics and product support manager (PSM) community that we recently deployed two new ACQuipedia articles of interest: Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) and Other Transaction Authorities - Application to DoD Product Support. These two new articles bring us up to a total of 150 available life cycle logistics articles, representing fully one third of all articles available on the site!

We have identified other topics for future development, but would ask you to please reach out and let us know if you have a topic to suggest we add to the portfolio. As always, if you have suggestions or simply to bring an issue such as a broken hyperlink to our attention, simply select the white “Feedback“ tab at the bottom of the page and let us know.
