ACQ 450 Leading in the Acquisition Environment | This action-based learning course provides an overview of the competencies and skills needed to lead in an acquisition environment. Experiential activities include role playing, simulation, communication, and critical-thinking exercises; a leadership challenge; and completion of a 360° feedback instrument, and action plans related to the feedback. Participants will learn to apply strategies for leading up, down, and across in an acquisition organization. |

ACQ 451 | This participant-driven, action-based learning course exposes DoD acquisition workforce members to the multidisciplinary acquisition perspectives, integration challenges, and influencing strategies necessary for successful integrated acquisition decision making. Executive Coaching | DAU provides
executive coaching to key defense acquisition workforce leaders. The target audience is 06/GS-15s, GO/FO/SESs in MDAP/MAIS/ACAT 1 or PEO Key Leader Positions. The length of the coaching engagement is 6 to 9 months. Participation in this program is on a case-by-case basis. Coaching at the executive and supervisory levels offers leaders a powerful one-on-one and team assist to expand their capacities to impact and make a difference with their programs, people, organizations, environments, and with themselves with the intent of producing significant results and improving acquisition outcomes |

Senior Service College Fellowship (SSCF) Program (Army) | The DAU-SSCF Program is a 10-month leadership/educational opportunity conducted under the auspices of the Defense Acquisition University (DAU) at Huntsville, AL, Warren, MI and Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. The purpose of the DAU-SSCF Program is to provide leadership and acquisition training to prepare senior level civilians for senior leadership roles such as Product and Project Managers, Program Executive Officers and other key acquisition leadership positions.
