Artificial Intelligence (AI) for Past Performance
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) solicitation number CSOP-HQ-GS-00001 seeks artificial intelligence solutions to help contracting officers use CPARS, a key government database of Past Performance Information.  The 5 August 2019 solicitation posted on FedBizOpps seeks a tool that can identify relevant information from the Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS) to help streamline the contracting process and reduce administrative burden. Contracting officers are required under law to evaluate past performance when making acquisition decisions.

If we could just create an AI tool to do the CPARS inputs, we would have a completely artificial CPARS.
