Training 

  • Ammo-37-DL General Transportation of Hazardous Materials Refresher 9E-F66 - 920-F34 DL - This course satisfies mandatory refresher training requirements for personnel who certify hazardous materials and conduct function-specific training for subordinate personnel as specified in the Defense Transportation Regulation. Prerequisite: Satisfactory completion of a previous 80-hour hazardous materials transportation certification course (Course No. 9EF58/322-F37 (MC), TECHNICAL TRANSPORTATION OF HAZMAT (CERT)
  • Ammo-43 Intermodal Dry Cargo Container/ CSC Reinspection (8A-F60/551-F52 (MC)) -  provides information required to reinspect intermodal dry cargo containers IAW the CSC standards
  • Course content includes a comprehensive review of regulations governing the transportation of hazardous materials by all modes (i.e. land, vessel, and commercial/military air). International regulations covered include the International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code and the International Commercial Air Transport Association Dangerous Goods Regulations
  • Ammo-67-DL HAZMAT Familiarization and Safety in Transportation (9E-F69/920-F37 (DL)) - This course satisfies certification training IAW DoD 4500.09-R, DoDI 5160.68, and 49 CFR to HAZMAT employees requiring general awareness/familiarization and safety training as required by 49 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Sections 171.8 and 172.704. This course provides general awareness/familiarization and safety training requirements for HAZMAT personnel who require training in the areas specified in 49 CFR, Section 172.704, as well as Military, civilian, and contractor personnel (at any grade level) who require training to fulfill the duties associated with hazardous materials transportation. 
 
IHC Process February 17  - Intent is to provide basic understanding in IHCs.  What are they? When are they used?  How are they obtained?   By the end of this presentation, those questions should be answered.
